I have worked as a PR and marketing consultant, trading as Isis Communications for the last 10 years. Before that I worked for The National Trust for 15 years as a Marketing and Communications Manager.

I contributed regular features to the Norfolk and Suffolk Journals and am the author of The National Trust Walks in East Anglia (2003).

Co-author of A Mere Grain of Sand (2004) the biography of Ray Brown spiritual surgeon.

Co-author of Miracle in Kigali (2007) – Illuminée Nganemariya's story of survival during the Rwandan Genocide and subsequent life in Norwich, UK. Finalist Best Factual Publication, Creative East Awards 2008.

Writer for Local Democracy in the multi media age (2008) – end of project publication for evoice – a European Union collaboration.

I am Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and am an Accredited Practitioner.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and am Chairman of the East of England group.
